Ich habe irgendwie den Eindruck, dass die von PayPal dazu aufgefordert werden, derart zu reagieren. PayPal will halt aus allen Rohren schießen. Vermutlich macht PayPal denen auch ein wenig Druck, dass bei zu vielen Chargebacks die Zusammenarbeit beendet wird. Nur so kann ich mir das vorstellen.
